The Noida Authority had identified multiple sectors, villages, and areas specially along the Noida Expressway, where land mafias had encroached upon the government land and were attempting to sell plots to the gullible public. The anti-encroachment drive was conducted in villages such as Sorkha Zahidabad, Salarpur, Asadullapur, Mohiyapur, Sadarpur, Mamura, Garhi Samastipur, Gulawali and Salarpur Khadar.

Navi Mumbai real estate: The real estate company intends developing a 221-key hotel on 9 acres, and a sports club and gymkhana on 10.5 acres. The company plans to have 15 to 20 percent of revenue from annuity business in the next three to five years.

The group is currently looking at major real estate expansion in Hyderabad, Kochi, Mumbai, and Pune for Purvaland, its plotted development arm.

A pipeline worth Rs 5,000 crore will be created from these developments, the company added.

The township will comprise more than 2,100 plots, ranging from 140 to 1,000 square yards.

Bengaluru real estate: The project is situated in the prime location of Sarjapur Road known as Kodathi, and offers 3 and 4 BHK apartment units across six towers.

Of the total 461 plots in the project named The Estate in Bagalur near Sarjapur Road, 442 were lapped up by buyers.

The company says the residential plotted development project is located around 15 minutes away from the upcoming Ram Temple and around 20 minutes from the upcoming international airport in Ayodhya.

The developer is targeting a topline of Rs 2,000 crore for the residential project. Overall, the company has potential for a Rs 27,000 crore topline, including a 6 lakh sqft construction in Bandra and a 100-acre land bank in Thane.
