The transaction sizes of the projects will range from Rs 50 crore-200 crore and will be tailored to suit the mid-segment housing market

The company plans to invest Rs 3,400 crore to launch 9 million square feet (msf) of projects in Bengaluru within the next financial year.

According to the company, the top line potential of the projects is Rs 2,300 crore. These projects are located in South Ahmedabad and would be ASL’s 17th and 18th projects in Ahmedabad

In all, 139 real estate projects in Maharashtra have applied for deregistration, in three phases.

The company will also commence work on the Chalukya Hotel to develop 1.5 lakh square feet of Grade A office space in the city’s central business district for a rental return of about Rs 335 crore.

The real estate company is also focusing on redevelopment projects in Mumbai.

The company claimed that out of 900 plots, as many as 436 plots have already been sold, with overall sales value of Rs 250 crore. The RERA license for phase-I has been achieved for 50 acres.

The company is also looking to launch two luxury projects in Powai where it has 13 acres of unused land.

The projects will be located in Bengaluru and Chennai.
