Have several potential path ways to a bomb. with it they wont have any. the plutonium pathway will be blocked because it wont have a reactor producing plutonium for a weapon and it wont build any more avenue i water react orz for at least 16 years, we have the ability to watch them and know precisely what theyre doing p. >> the country would not enrich uranium to a level higher than 3.67%. let me be clear. no one can build a bottom from a skok pile of 300 kill grams of your neighborhood and not ...

Think they were keeping open the path to a bomb? i know you believe the path is now closed with this deal, do you think they were trying to keep the path open? >> certainly we would not be in the situation with the sanctions on iran if there werent considerable suspicions in the international community about their programs possible military dimensions and of course they have not cooperated with the iaea in terms of answering those questions. but as you said the whole point of the framework today...

Pathway and the plutonium pathway at iraq and of course the covert pathway. now, we, our partners, and iran have agreed that the only uranium enrichment facility iran will operate moving forward will be the facility at natans. even that one will undergo dramatic changes. the vast majority of the centrifuges and their infrastructure will be removed. and for at least the next 15 years, the stockpile will remain at 300 kilograms, and any uranium that is enriched at natans will be capped at 3.67%, w...

Thats another option. what matters to us is less how they get there but how theyre able to dispose in the stockpile think cannot use it to get to a nuclear weapon. thats what were most concerned about and thats what were focussed on. >> why is it taking so long in these final hours thats either make or break? >> well these issues are incredibly complicated not just on the technical side. the scientific know how and all the pieces on how you enrich uranium and get to a plutonium pathway, its all ...

Picture of a bomb, he was referring to 20% enrichment, which the concern was if you get too much of that, you now have sufficient capacity to go ahead and create a nuclear weapon. were taking that down to zero. we are stopping the advancement of the iraq facility, which would provide additional pathway, plutonium pathway for the development of nuclear weapons. we are going to have daily inspectors in ford rowan na tons. we will have additional inspections in iraq. and as a consequence during thi...
