It's the first retail tenant for Miami’s trophy office development.

The five-story development is set to feature 105 condo units.

The buyers plan to develop a condo-hotel tower.

Wrestling giants UFC and WWE have formed TKO Group, which will begin to trade on the New York Stock Exchange.

Construction has been underway for two years.

The 1.24-acre site is now home to a 13-story office building, which was completed in 1981. 

The approval comes four months after the Missoni Baia secured a temporary certificate of occupancy.
