The original master developer of Hideout is suing the town and its planner over development rights, accusing them of causing the developer economic damages of at least $100 million by reducing the value of its holdings and acting to prevent it from developing hundreds of homes. Credit Hideout Utah Residents of Hideout who organized a referendum on a controversial annexation into Summit County have obtained enough signatures to put the question on the ballot.
