BULLHEAD CITY — Long-time local animal advocate Gail Moscato has launched a new nonprofit uniting pets and people pawsitively.

The events were set up by Emma Goodwin, who founded Positive Paws last November. She is working on her degree in canine behaviour and spoke about how important puppy socialisation is for the dogs.
