Really struggling. its up to us as educators and leaders of the school districts to put in place policy thats will help the situation. when i was in d.c., for homeless families and kids, we put in place a policy that ensured even if a family did have to move from shelter to shelter that the student could remain at the same school. that they would have a home base to look forward to every day. and i think those are the sorts of things we need to be looking at. >> there was a provocative op-ed fro...
