Out that this is powder plastic, apparently, spilling from at least two containers. apparently, there might be some smoke, also, on the scene but at this point, it doesnt appear that its a danger to those in the general area. but obviously a. very dramatic scene there, and that is in houston, just north of downtown. weve got firefighters on the scene, trying to take care of that situation, and were working on getting you more information at the same time going on in houston on that dramatic resc...
