In the sub culture of jails and prisons this is the kind of guy that is going to be ripe to be taken out. i believe he should have been single celled the entire time. once he had his suicide attempt if this is proven, then from my perspective he should have remained on suicide watch the entire time he was in that facility. he was a pretrial, presentence facility. he therefore would not be on suicide watch indefinitely. as soon as his case were to be adjudicated the bureau of prisons would have d...
