113 journalists killed this year: Press Emblem Campaign

At least five journalists have been killed, including local Ukrainian reporters and foreign correspondents, though the number could be higher.

A Russian journalist for the investigative news outlet The Insider, Oksana Baulina, was killed when Russian troops shelled a residential neighborhood in the Ukrainian capital, the outlet said on Wednesday

The Press Emblem Campaign (PEC) says that 38 journalists were killed in 20 countries from January to the end of June 2019.
