Ted DiBiase, Jr. has agreed to sell his Reunion home, which was allegedly purchased using TANF funds.

Companies run by former professional wrestler Ted "Teddy" DiBiase Jr. received "sham contracts" in Mississippi and misspent millions of dollars of welfare money, according to a new federal indictment.

DiBiase Jr. and others are accused of using federal funds meant for needy families "for their own personal use and benefit," prosecutors said.

The Mississippi welfare fraud case has also named NFL Hall of Famer Brett Favre.
