The WiFi will be provided through Public Data Offices (PDOs) and there will be no registration or any kind of fees required to take advantage of the wifi. Telecom Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad also said that the public WiFi was being rolled out as part of the Prime Minister WiFi Access Network Interface (PM- WANI).
