The Spanish government has officially announced the elimination of its residency by investment in real estate, better known as Golden Visa.

Greece will again raise the threshold for visa-by-real-estate-investment in highly sought areas, while keeping the cost at €250,000 for the rest of the country.

From January 2024, wealthy foreign investors can no longer obtain the Dutch Golden Visa — and the rush to get in before it ends is on.

The Greek golden visa program contributed nearly €1 billion to the countrys economy in the first five months of this year, before the new increase began.
