Today whose first language isnt english. I told her to register seeing as i was available as an option. And she has set her requirement plans based on the rules, the way they are right now. She was one of the first to comply and register and shes made a lot of changes to her living situation and investments based on the current rules. We are certainly very encouraged that there seems to be stability in the way the rules are set up for hosts who have always intended to comply and play by the rules.
