The Additional District Magistrate (ADM) of Bishnupur district, Hanjabam Bobby Sharma, in a letter to the Assam Rifles authority, stated that due to a serious breach of peace, disturbances to public tranquility, and grave danger to human lives and properties in the state, particularly in Bishnupur district, a prohibitory order has been imposed across the entire district, prohibiting the movement of people from outside their residences.
