Officials at the Bank of Thailand and Bank of Jamaica on how their CBDC design choices interact with the law

The Banque de France and the Central Bank of Nigeria were among eight new members announced by the Hyperledger Foundation today.

The Bank of Thailand is about to expand the scope of its retail CBDC development with a pilot phase separated into two tracks – Foundation and Innovation.

The Bank of Thailand says this next phase will be a pilot phase focused on testing "real-life applications of Retail CBDC" with the private sector.
