According to doctors, the complaints range from being unable to work properly, to giddiness, nausea, leg pain and calf tenderness.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted Pune would continue to experience hot weather for the next few days as the maximum temperature would continue to hover above the 40 degrees-mark.

The maximum temperature in the city will be 37 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature will be around 19 degrees Celsius, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

This trend is said to be normal for the summer months and no heat wave warnings have been issued for Pune.
