PVR Inox Co-CEO Gautam Dutta has announced the launch of a monthly subscription service, called Passport, that will offer subscribers the opportunity to watch up to 10 movies per month for Rs 699. Dutta believes that the service will help boost footfall during weekdays and support smaller films that are often overshadowed by big releases.

Leading cinema chain PVR INOX is set to launch a subscription pass called PVR INOX Passport, allowing moviegoers to watch up to 10 movies per month for a fixed fee of Rs 699. The subscription will be available from 16 October and is valid for screenings from Monday to Thursday. However, premium offerings such as IMAX and Gold are excluded.
