Quant Mutual Fund (Quant MF) has launched a new equity scheme that will follow a quant-based investment theme. Called Quantamental Scheme, it will combine the benefits of quantitative investing along with fundamental investing.
Quantitative investing uses historical data to create statistical models to predict future movement. It is rules-based and mathematical which keeps it free.
