MahaRERA expressed grave concerns over 212 housing projects launched between January and April 2023 across Maharashtra for failing to provide construction updates, breaching regulations. The regulator published a list cautioning buyers. Pune led with 47 such projects, followed by Nashik and Palghar. MMR and Konkan regions topped the list. Despite notices and penalties, many developers havent complied.
