I want reauthorization with reforms. i dont think they are mutually exclusive. >> reporter: and i should have said senator paul, of course. but as you heard there, he is saying, look, we do want to reauthorize this program but we want additional privacy protections. at this point its not clear those changes will actually be made. most people on both sides of the aisle are advocating for clean authorization of this bill. but well see here on the house floor if there will be any ra digsal wrinkles...
