Just like the first requisition notice, the second one has also been rejected due to numerical and procedural invalidity. The company said the decision was taken after advice from independent and eminent experts.

The group was unhappy about Dish TVs financial performance, its governance and a lack of disclosure of AGM results. The mismanagement in the company is causing major loss to the shareholders. This is why the shareholders have come together for the change in directors and to bring back company on track, said spokesperson of the minority shareholders.
