Celina City Council Meeting for Monday June 14th At Monday Nights meeting, the Celina City Council passed the second reading of ordinances accepting donations from the Celina Animal Hospital and Doctor Ralph Hecht and Susan Hecht to the Celina Park and Recreation Department for the Bryson Park District to add shelter houses, concession and restroom facilities.
