Her aunt said the accused didn’t stop and fled the spot. “The accused hit us and we fell in different directions. I suffered minor injuries and when I got up, I saw my niece lying on the other side of the road with her head crushed. I got scared and rushed to help her. I don’t know if the accused hit her or dragged her before fleeing...,” she alleged.
