Mangalam group to invest Rs 200 crore in a luxury residential project in Jaipur
The Mangalam Group, based in Rajasthan, plans to invest Rs 200 crore in a luxury residential project in Jaipur. The Rambagh Project, spanning 2.2 acres, aims to generate sales of Rs 100 crore by March 2024 and an additional Rs 90 crore by March 2025. The project will consist of 114 flats across six floors and will focus on eco-friendly features and sustainable practices. The Mangalam Group already has several completed and ongoing projects, including resorts, a medicity, and an amusement park.
