An Aynor woman was found guilty of the contract-killing of her father and half-brother in a 15th Judicial District courtroom in Conway on Wednesday.

She was convicted Wednesday in the murder-for-hire plot. The father and son were shot to death in their Conway home in 2018.

An Horry County jury Wednesday heard opening arguments and testimony in what the prosecution described as a murder-for-hire trial. Prosecutors said evidence will show that Samantha Ford Rabon, 39, of Aynor paid a man to kill her father and half-brother in August, 2018 so that she could collect an inheritance.
