Nonpartisan redistricting and re-apportionment commitments, in terms of legislative maps, are the way to go. the voters should be in charge at the end of the day, and by extension the citizen based commission that we have in corrode colorado, and that we have in many other states. politicians and candidates ultimately need to be comfortable with letting the chips fall where there may. so im certainly supportive of the measures we have taken in colorado. and i hope that the congress will do the s...
