So there is constantly request for capabilities that go back and forth between the combatant commanders and the secretary. i dont think a week goes by where we dont work a request from the combatant commanders to do that. sometimes its a question of reallocating capability. if youre talking africa, reallocate it from european command or central command and reallocate it back when a particular mission is complete. that kind of activity happens all the time. i think what youre really talking about...
