One of the orders worth Rs 1,041 crore is for advance metering infrastructure (AMI) from RECPDCL (REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited) for 7.27 lakh smart meters in Kashmir on DBFOOT (Design-Build Finance-Own-Operate-Transfer) basis, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Sterlite Power has acquired Beawar Transmission Ltd to develop an electricity transmission project in Rajasthan. The project, which is on a Build, Own, Operate, Transfer (BOOT) basis for 35 years, will involve the construction of a 350 km transmission corridor, a 3,000 MVA substation, and two LILO lines.
