Havent been suspended. well take action on that once some of the court cases are resolved with mr. bates. this office reviews all of its policies on a monthly basis taking each chapter in our records systems and looking at it. i know theres been a lot of concern about lost records. were trying to locate all of those. some of those are administrative in nature. and we will provide those records as we find them. with that i would like to take a few questions. >> reporter: there has been a lot said...
