It's alleged the victim exited his vehicle to confront the suspect, who then ran at the victim with a knife.

An arrest warrant has been issued for a suspect who allegedly hit a man with his vehicle during a road rage incident in Richmond Hill Wednesday evening.

Investigators believe the incident began in the area of Bantry Avenue and Yonge Street when the driver of the Kia allegedly pulled up beside the victim and flashed him with a flashlight while brandishing a knife and threatened to kill him, said police.

Police were called to the intersection of Oneida Crescent and Red Maple Road in Richmond Hill just after 9 p.m. on Wednesday for a collision.
