The Regal Brandywine Town Center reopened its doors Friday, and Regal Peoples Plaza is planning a May 7 reopening.
Those are the two largest movie theaters in Delaware by number of screens, and by that May 7 date, every major movie theater in the state will be open.
Regal Cinemas, the nation's second-largest movie theater chain, closed its theaters in October in part because "No Time to Die," the Daniel Craig-led James Bond movie, was delayed by COVID-19. That movie was initially slated for a spring 2020 release and has been pushed back twice, now to October of this year.
