Reginald Vance Ward, a 52-year-old Barstow resident, was arrested on suspicions of vehicular manslaughter and hit and run resulting in death.

A man was arrested on an additional charge Saturday stemming from a car crash in May that killed a pregnant woman and wounded six other people. 

Mark Dyer Jr. has been arrested with charges including vehicular homicide.

Multiple injured and two are dead after separate crashes in Lafourche Parish.

THIBODAUX - Two vehicles collided Sunday evening, resulting in one passenger being ejected and suffering injuries from which she later died. 

The victim had been in the water for some time, possibly weeks, and his hands and feet were bound with rope. Two sandbags were wrapped around his neck.
