Writing a letter to Santa is a rite of passage for the many who believe in the jolly old elf.
Historically, some children have taken the tradition one step farther by jotting down an additional letter, just in case the first one got lost in the mail. Itâs better to be safe than sorry!
Many of us fondly remember as kids sitting down at the kitchen table, the Sears Christmas catalog close at hand â meticulously going through it page by page. Then, with pen in hand, a list would soon materialize. From that list, a heartfelt letter to Santa would emerge.
