Machinists Lodge 63 has won a second grievance settlement against Mondelēz Global-Nabisco bakery in Portland for subcontracting demolition work on a production line. In a settlement signed Jan. 8, Mondelēz agreed to pay a total of $35,345.15 to 34 union employees impacted by the subcontacted work. The money will be divided in equal payments of $1,039.56 each.
