At Audubon High School, students lead circles to resolve conflicts.

For many people, there is a moment that changes them for the rest of their lives. For Curtis Crabbe and his family, it was attending a program called Restorative Circle.

The district is investigating Dennis Petrowitzs use of the slur during a class two weeks ago, MacDonald Middle School Principal Amy Martin said.
