Former UA President, Chancellor Robert Witt honored as namesake of university fellows program
A former University of Alabama president and chancellor is the new namesake of the school's Fellows Program after a substantial gift from the family of a devoted alumna. The naming of the Dr. Robert E. Witt University Fellows Program was approved by the University of Alabama System Board of Trustees on February 2.
