Cody Ware has been reinstated by NASCAR after being issued an indefinite suspension early in the 2023 season. The former Rick Ware Racing driver was suspended after assault charges were brought against him following an altercation with his former girlfriend.

Cody Ware, who was arrested in April, has been reinstated by NASCAR after all assault charges were dropped. His 2024 plans remain unconfirmed.
