Travis Schubel, 38, is charged with second-degree reckless manslaughter, risk of injury to a child, possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia in connection with the death of his 1-year-old daughter on Feb. 8. This is the second arrest in the case. The child’s mother was arrested in November on the same charges.
