Not only do they believe this shooting was drug related, they believe that the suspect and the victim knew each other. At the time we came here to Woodbridge High School, talked to a lot of students here. We talked to neighbors who live in the area and they all said, many of them, that they heard the gunshots, six of them at least. And they saw the suspect run away but thankfully we can tell you he did not run for long. 20yearold Kawain Smalls was arrested just last night at his home in woodbridge without incident.
