to the sousa bridge. it s nice to see the 14th street bridge moving for a change. sunrise is at 6:33 this morning. we are looking pretty good with temperatures which will be getting into the mid 80s. boy, look at that sky. i m going to go back to t. just want to show you we have broken clouds around this morning. a good looking sky to start your day here in washington with those as i said mid-80s here. low 80s by lunch time. 4:00 85. high about 87 but it will feel less humid as drier air is moving in from pennsylvania this morning. a few of those clouds, you can follow them. there were showers and storms that hit the mountains and out in west virginia yesterday, came through dry on that front. we re not going to have any rain chances till perhaps the weekend. this morning upper 60s in hagerstown and cumberland. we ve got 70 now in gaithersburg. la plata 72 with mid-70s here in d.c. over toward easton at 75. the difference is once you get south of 70, the humidity levels are

where the investigation stands now. delia? reporter: police still looking for more individuals. not only do they believe this shooting was drug related, they believe that the suspect and the victim knew each other. at the time we came here to woodbridge high school, talked to a lot of students here. we talked to neighbors who live in the area and they all said, many of them, that they heard the gunshots, six of them at least. and they saw the suspect run away but thankfully we can tell you he did not run for long. 20-year-old kawain smalls was arrested just last night at his home in woodbridge without incident. he faces a couple of charges: use of a firearm during a felony and possession after firearm as a convicted felon. he has a pretty long rap sheet. police say he killed 16-year- old brenden wilson, shot in the head monday afternoon on the trail behind the school. neighbors say that trail known as a cut is also known for its drug activity. police are telling us this mor

cameras. here s a look at maryland. this is the outer loop here. you can see brake lights are starting to stack up a bit and it s blocking the right center lane so you want to stay to the left. we re following breaking news out of prince william county that was just alluded to in traffic. that s where a pedestrian was struck by a train around 3:45. this happened near quarry road. delia goncalves joins us live at the scene. so far what do we know, delia? reporter: we gist arrived here at the manassas park station a short time ago and immediately heard on the overhead speaker and saw a sign on the electronic billboard that the manassas train to union station delayed at least an hour. the first train was expected at 5:15. our last announcement we just heard was another ten minutes. but listen, this is going to be a delay that s really going to tie things up much longer than that because you can actually see where this freight train about a mile down [ no audio ] crews on
