A FORMER Bradford man who received two fines for driving through the citys Clean Air Zone (CAZ) has had the charges rescinded.

TWO men have hit out at the Council over Clean Air Zone (CAZ) charges in Bradford.

Many of the visitors to the catacombs of Arlington Parks shuttered grandstand Monday afternoon werent particularly interested in bidding on the gallons of Caesar salad dressing or red pepper flakes. A few, though, were eying the stacks of china plates with the racetracks crest, upon which brunches were once served in the Arlington Million Room just a few floors above.
