She was born August 12, 1953, in Tranquility, NJ, daughter of Alberta Raymond Ross and the late R. Roland Ross. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by sister, Susan Singer. Dee was a case manager at the Work Force, Wheeling, WV and a member of New Life United Methodist Church. She was involved in both the Girl & Boy Scouts and the PTA as her children...
