JOHN III LOCK HAVEN — After weeks of continuances, a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Brian St. John III, 19, of Lock Haven, who is charged with criminal homicide in the shooting death of Jakob L. Haines, 21, of Beech Creek. The in-person hearing will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 25, in the large courtroom of the Clinton County Courthouse.
