Second Chance bill could free older, nonviolent prisoners serving life sentences in Alabama
The bill is set to go before the House Judiciary committee on Wednesday. A man freed from prison in a similar situation said his mission in life is to show “what many in Montgomery believe isn’t possible: that second chances do work.”
