Highway 101 is fully open tonight. In the last hour, caltrans reopened the southbound lanes which were expected to be shut down until tomorrow morning. Forget about that, they are open. The road shutdown took place on friday night with crews replacing a bridge built in the 30s. Caltrans says a similar closure of northbound lanes was scheduled for two weekends.
