AMESBURY, Massachusetts — A man who local police say tried to sell items he stole from a North Hampton, New Hampshire, business to an Elm Street business owner was arrested

North Hampton Police Chief Robert LaBarge said the most frequent complaints about speeding vehicles are on Atlantic Avenue, Post and Exeter roads.

“It’s scary,” owner Rich Reina said. “Looking at the totality of everything, it’s probably someone who’s been in our store before.”
