Plainville firm acquires former United Bank branch in Southington for $1M
A Plainville-based security systems installer has acquired a former United Bank branch in Southington for $1 million and plans to relocate its business there. Trusted Properties, led by Jerry Brocki, who is managing member of a Security 101 franchise in Plainville, acquired 158 North Main St. late last year from People’s United Bank.
