Woman to spend time in prison for role in murder and robbery of roommate.

Jerry Dalton Childers appeared in Cleveland County court Wednesday.  Sitting in a wheelchair, the 36-year-old is still suffering from injuries sustained the night he allegedly shot and killed a man in an apparent robbery.  Childers is one of three people charged with first-degree murder in the death of 73-year-old Thomas Talucci.  Robert Moore Dover, 51, and Kristen Nicole Price, 39, are also charged with first-degree murder in the case.
