MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man is dead after a shooting in Frayser, police say. Memphis Police say officers responded to a shooting on North Watkins Street near Overton Crossing at around 5:35 p.m. Thursday. Police say the victim was pronounced dead on the scene. According to police, no suspect information was given.
