James R. Henry, 31, pleaded guilty before Judge Robert L. Bauer to criminally negligent homicide in the death of 68-year-old Kathleen MacArthur. Henry accepted a plea deal of anywhere from one to four years in state prison, and he is scheduled to return for sentencing on May 29.
